I am so thrilled with my new house and choosing Battlefield Homes as my builder. I definitely did my research and checked the builders around the area and while a few were recommended, Allen and the team understood my vision. The lot was a challenge but after working with an engineer to finalize the proper grading and water concerns, we were able to move forward. Allen met me at the lot to ensure the best location and position of the house.

My take on a “Modern Ranch” and the very specific details were discussed from the beginning and throughout the process. Allen, Bernadette and Sam were present in my meeting to change the floor plan, move walls and take advantage of every possible space. While making the many choices from cabinetry, flooring, doors and exterior, Bernadette took all my questions and calls to ensure I was comfortable. She like the entire team were very responsive and called back promptly. While I finalized on a very dark grey for my siding with all black accents, I really had my heart set on black siding but it wasn’t an option. As the new 2023 colors were sent for siding, the team were pretty sure that “Tuxedo” would be a great choice for me. They called me to see if I wanted to view the sample and was able to make the change before it was ordered. Those special things stood out to me that every attention to detail which was important to me, was important to them! — Once the clearing and foundation were poured, every aspect moved along pretty smooth. Neighbors commented on the daily activity on the property. Every time I visited, it was clean and in order. I also can’t thank Steve enough by contacting me with window trim questions or clarifications as well as sending updated pictures with the progress. He ensured every exterior plate or vent which were white, were painted black to blend with the entire look. The house looks amazing! I would highly recommend Allen and Battlefield Homes to anyone who wants a team that makes this huge process run as smooth as possible.
